1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing the Vehicle Living Survival Guide ("the Guide"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or purchase the Guide.

2. Intellectual Property

The Guide and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Max Gio Digital and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download the Guide for personal use
• Print one copy for personal reference
• Access the Guide on multiple devices you own

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the Guide with others
• Upload the Guide to file-sharing sites or public forums
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Use the Guide for commercial purposes without written permission
• Remove copyright notices or watermarks

3. Purchase and Payment

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal right to use the payment method provided
• The information you supply is accurate and complete

Prices are in USD and subject to change. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time for future sales.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Guide:

• All sales are final once the PDF has been downloaded or emailed
• Refunds may be granted within 7 days if you experience technical issues preventing delivery
• Refund requests must include your order ID and purchase email
• We reserve the right to deny refund requests suspected of fraud

5. Free Chapter

The free chapter is provided "as-is" without warranty. By requesting the free chapter:

• You agree to receive occasional email updates (unsubscribe anytime)
• You understand the free chapter is a preview, not the complete Guide
• You may not redistribute the free chapter separately from this offer

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Max Gio Digital, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Guide
• Any conduct or content of any third party related to the Guide
• Any content obtained from the Guide
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Guide ($4.99 USD).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Guide is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Course of performance

We do not warrant that the Guide will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the United States.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Guide after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
